Repent

    Believing is the second step of salvation.  You must believe what you have heard before you will truly have faith in what God tells us through the Bible.  In John 20:31 we are told why believing is important.

But these are written that you may believe that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God, and that by believing you may have life in his name.

To put it simply, you can't live with Jesus unless you believe in him.
