Registration Deadline

We need to receive all registrations, with meal reservations and pre-payment by Friday, April 25, 2008, one week before the conference. If you miss this deadline, we anticipate that we will be able to accept late or walk-in registrations, but meals will be subject to availability.

Conference Registration Fees

• Clergy Registration is Complimentary. We hope all ordained clergy in the diocese will attend the conference. The ECW provides complimentary registration for ordained clergy. Please send in the registration form so that we will know you are coming, and please make reservations and pre-pay for any meals.
   
• Registration. Registration for the conference is $20. If you cannot attend both days, a one-day registration is available for $15.
   
• Saturday-Only Youth Registration Fee. We want to encourage our youth in high school or college (age 21 or under) to attend the Saturday sessions of the conference. For youth who want to attend Saturday, the registration fee is $5. Youth who want to stay for the luncheon Saturday need to pre-pay $18 additionally.
   
• Scholarships Available. It is our desire that every woman in the Diocese of Oklahoma attend the conference, and we do not want anyone to miss the conference due to financial need. Scholarships are available by contacting the ECW President, Ginny Wynn, ginnywynn@swbell.net, 405-752-5833.

Workshops

At the time of mailing this Registration Form, we are finalizing our plans for workshops. There will be multiple workshops available at the conference in the same time slot. Due to the participatory nature of some of the programs, we are limiting attendance, and we will fill those programs on the basis of the earliest paid registrations received. We will provide additional information on workshops as soon as we have it available.

Hotel

The conference hotel is the Crowne Plaza Tulsa, 100 East 2nd St, Tulsa, OK 74103. The conference room rate is $89.00 per night (exclusive of taxes and fees). Up to 4 people can share the room for this same rate. Please telephone the hotel directly at 1-918-582-9000 between 9 AM and 5 PM CDT, and ask for "in-house reservations" and please make sure to state that you are with the Episcopal Women's Conference. Crowne Plaza's deadline for our reserved block of rooms is April 21. After the April 21 deadline, Crowne Plaza will honor the $89 room rate, but subject to availability. Please make your reservations today!

Guests

Guests are welcome to join registered conference participants for meals. Please indicate the names of any guests on your registration form, along with the meals the guests will be attending, and please pre-pay for any meals.
